Every mother is once a daughter. Expecting is a continuous conversation with woman of different age groups with different background, discussing their experience with motherhood, their different expectations and attitueds towards the tales and traditions they grew up with.
The series started with the three subject matter in the photograph. A young mother waiting to be re-united with her separated son. A pregnant woman looking forward to the new life. A girl coming of age, facing the choice of stepping onto the same path as her mother.
